Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Books must be in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and with no signs of wear or annotation.
Exclusions:
Digital books (eBooks) once download or streaming has begun.
Personalised or made-to-order books.
Sealed items (e.g. collector's editions) that have been unsealed after delivery.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the item. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will provide return instructions and cover return postage costs.
A full refund or replacement will be issued upon inspection.
